Please view our USA Ground Transit Schedule to determine when your order will arrive based on your location on the map. The number of transit days is represented by BUSINESS DAYS and does not count Saturday and Sunday. In some cases we may ship smaller items with USPS.

DELAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MARCH-JUNE
International shipments have usually been 7-21 days, but we are now seeing April/May shipments that are delayed 2-6 weeks in some countries. The spread of COVID-19 virus and the ongoing efforts to contain it has significantly impacted commerce across the world. Xgaming recognizes there is a potential for delayed shipments and increased shipping timeframes, globally. We appreciate your patience during this time and recommend if possible, to use your tracking number and please contact your local post office to do trace on package. Shipments from April/May from our warehouse were held in many International Customs during COVID peak. Click BLUE TRACKING BUTTON IN YOUR ORDER EMAIL, then use that number with your local post to trade. Please be patient!
We gladly ship to FPO locations. When filling out the address section of the cart, please place your Unit number in the "Address" field along with your box number (if required), APO or FPO in the "City" field, and select either AE, AA, or AP for the "State", and the Zip should be the same.

Our shipping prices are flat-rate, based on the weight of the goods you have ordered, so exact prices are always provided on the site. Just click the ADD TO CART button for the products you wish to purchase. On the VIEW CART page, (reachable by clicking the top right link on this site), you can enter your zip code and we will display the exact shipping cost for your order. You do not need to ask us for a shipping quote because all the prices are already provided when you checkout or see the view cart page.
Tracking Numbers are sent on the business day following your order. Please check your spam folder for the email. If you have not received after 2 BUSINESS days and have verified it's not in your spam folder, please click REPLY to your order email and type TRACKING NUMBER REQUEST.
If you ordered an Arcade Machine, please note you'll receive a Fedex tracking number for the PC and a separate tracking number for the machine via Freight.
